(November 2, 2022, 12:46 pm)Office was busy, as are most DMV offices around lunch time, but I was taken care of relatively quickly and I didn't have cash for the $1 plate return fee so they waived it for me!
(October 28, 2022, 3:46 pm)I never thought I’d review a dmv. Historically I’ve had mediocre at best service, however, todays visit was a breeze. Friendly staff that is willing to help and speedy service.

These people are hard working, accomodating, friendly, helpful and SUPER NICE. I wish all government offices took some lessons from these folks. They are fantastic. Thank you all for all you do!
(September 21, 2022, 10:09 pm)The Ballston Spa DMV is great. Whenever my husband or I have gone there we have always been very happy with the experience. The employees are friendly, fast and efficient. Not the case at any other DMV we have been to. They have walk in service and I've never had a long wait.
(July 11, 2022, 2:27 pm)Great service. Melissa was EXTREMELY helpful, patient and kind. My only note is that the counters should be renovated and expanded so that customers have space to write and sort through papers
