“This place is amazing! The cottages and bathhouse are IMMACULATELY clean and decorated adorably. Every cottage has it's own private full bathroom. The beds are extremely comfortable. The bedding and towels were brand new and smelled like they had just come out of the dryer! Everything was ready and waiting for us upon arrival. Ashley and Eric are beyond accommodating and kind. They are very easy to talk to and be with. They have thought of everything to make their guests' vacation enjoyable...even down to a basket full of supplies in the bathhouse (including a clothes steamer!). Ashley and Eric are the perfect hosts. Breakfast was absolutely delicious! They provided so much food that we skipped lunch both days. Their property is beautiful and the bonfires at night were fantastic. My family created wonderful memories at A&E BnB that will last a lifetime. Thank you Ashley and Eric for an amazing weekend!”

Her instructional videos are well done and she explains things in a way that makes it easy to understand. Her knowledge of horse psychology and how horses think is remarkable. Ashley is always cheerful during zoom discussions and makes you feel that you have something useful to say. I would definitely take further courses from her and if it were possible I would take riding lessons from her. ☺️Ashley is a wonderful horse woman!”
