I just want to say I was referred to Kevin by a former smoker, but for me I wanted to "take control back" of my life and learn tools to make healthier choices and really dig into some mindfulness training so that I could make self care a priority. I knew it would just trickle down to my family and all in my life when I started devoting more time to ME.

Only 2 weeks in and I have seen such positive results. I have some great tools to help deal with anxiety, making good choices, and really devoting a lot of focus on being in the moment.
