(January 29, 2022, 4:47 pm)The actual homes need updates, bad bad. It's not a bad place if you have kids as the playground, basketball court and picnic area is right out front with plenty of acreage. I'd say it would be great for big birthday party venue for birthdays outdoors. So it's nice. Some of the trailers have graffiti on them which bring property value wayyyyyy down and the lot rent is $490 a month! For that plus water trash??! Jeesh. The staff seem pleasant when you call them.

(April 23, 2021, 6:23 pm)My first time ever. I was not as prepared as I once had thought . The things to do and see are endless. I will definitely be back when I have a longer day to get through even more adventures. What a blast!
