Northeast Awning & Custom Closets

From the first phone call all the way through the finished installation Northeast Awnings exceeded my expectations. They were very prompt to return phone calls, no pressure sales and the project was done when they said it would be done. If that isn't enough to give them your business, their continuing service has been exceptional.
Given the fact that occasionally I lack common sense, we left the awning up over night during a severe wind storm and one of the brackets on the arm broke. This was our error and was not a product issue, that being said, they fixed the awning for us and did not charge us for labor.
They have always gone above and beyond for us and have earned our business for life.

Scott was amazing to work with to get the perfect custom awning for our house. We have had our retractable awning for over two years now and love it. Recently, the awning flipped in a strong wind and snapped a connector piece. Scott was easy to get a hold of and his workers were out with the new part in a week to fix the awning just in time for the nice weather.

I contacted Northeast Awning & Custom Closets because they were listed as the local retailer for my ORG Home closet system in the house we recently purchased. I needed 4 "pins" since I was changing the position of one of the shelves. Kathy and Scott knew exactly what I was looking for and offered to mail them to me, or drop them off, or have them available for me to pickup. Now that's outstanding customer service! I will definitely contact NA&CC if I need additional organizing solutions and/or awnings.

What a terrific company! I wanted to get my closet organized and when I saw Northeast awning was local I reached out to them. Kathy promptly got back to me. She designed my closet making two recommendations for accessories, the laundry pull out and the valet rod, both of which I love.
Scott installed the closet beautifully and I am so pleased. Great quality and excellent service. I have never had this done before but thought the money spent was well worth it. Don't hesitate in using them for your closet.

Scott, owner, was on time for the scheduled appointment for an estimate. He is knowledgeable, personable. We signed a contract , as his estimate was less than 2 others we received. We were called 2 days ahead of scheduled install. Nate and Nick, installers, were on time. Both friendly and personable. Scott arrived shortly thereafter. Installation was smooth and quick. 90 minutes, maybe less. They cleaned up when finished, including sweeping the deck. Awning is gorgeous. We are thrilled with the product, the service, the company. We highly recommend the company!!!
