“Maribeth and Cindi are the best of the best. This is my first time hiring a pet sitter for my sweet Chloe - and let me tell you - I was so hesitant to hire anyone that I almost considered not going on vacation. Cindi to the rescue. From the minute I met Cindi, I liked her. She has devoted so much her life to caring and loving on other people's pets - you could tell that she genuinely cares. Cindi sent me such comical write ups daily (twice a day) and a photo. I could tell Chloe was happy and enjoying her time with Cindi. My girl is passive, but social and she pretty much was in charge of her digs while allowing Cindi in to feed her and give her much craved pets and love. As a matter of fact, Chloe loved Cindi so much - she's currently on her picky-food-strike at the moment. I mentioned this to Cindi and her response was.... "Do you want me to go over there and feed her?" Hilarious. In all sincerity - If there were a 10 star rating - Maribeth and Cindi would both get 10 each. Thank you for loving on my girl and for making sure she was well cared for and not forgotten while I was away.”

“Good local eatery with some interesting selections from breakfast items to dinner items. These guys are famous for their desserts including their cheesecakes. We came out here traveling and with no idea where to go we rolled up into this place. Service was very nice. Pricing was reasonable. Portions were good size. I tried half a dozen items on the menu. The Boston clam chowder was really nice and had some good chunks of clam. The Manhattan chowder was equally tasty and was the winner between my choice. The Reuben sandwich was really yummy but it would have loved to have seen a little bit more meat included. Fish and chips was really good. Greek salad was massive and very tasty. The cheesecake selection was huge and we tried two different cheesecakes both were excellent and it seemed that none of them you can go wrong with. In no ways was I overly thrilled with everything but I really enjoyed my meal and it was definitely a good find on my way to Boston.”

The prices are a little on the high side for a place you have to dig through, but still reasonable and willing to negotiate a bit. “Went here for dinner on a sunday. We had a reservation and were taken to our table promptly upon arrival. Our server was prompt and friendly. We had their mac and cheese as well as the loaded mac. Both were hot and delicious and we took half home for later. The beers were great too, tried the Short Stack (malty) and the Copper Tone (bitter) and took home a 4 pack of wee heavy in cans. The only disappointment was the dessert. They gave us a piece of peanut butter pie that was only about 2" wide at the far side tapering into a small triangle and charged us $8. Skip the dessert, its a big waste of money. We were incredibly disappointed, otherwise this would have been a 5* visit.”
