They do a great job with breakfast sausage and Italian sausage, but the summer sausage is the best. They now have a vacuum sealer to package the steaks and stew meat. The packaging will keep meat fresh in the freezer for over two years if it lasts that long
(November 23, 2020, 7:42 pm)I've been Hunting for over 30 years and Harvest numerous of deer and have tried deer processing all over Hand down Bleau's is the best butchering i ever had done her summer sausage is delicious as well as her several types of sausages All AMAZING!!!
Thank you Amber and family for doing a great job its worth the 4 hour ride to pick up quality processing.
