“A nice (free) side trip during the off season. Took my 4yo and 10yo here, and the staff was very kind and informative. They gave us pamphlets, coloring books, crayons, and a tote. She spent lots of time answering questions and interacting with the kids. Many of the exhibits were not functioning unfortunately, and the Lansing Manor house is also currently closed for the season. They gave us a map to go up to the top reservoir for a scenic view, however we got up there and the gate was closed with no more signage on where to go. From what I could see the upper reservoir was snow covered. Had to turn around and go back down. I'm sure it's beautiful in the summer time.”

“Beautiful and scenic spot not too far from the Cap. Region. 30-40 mins from Albany. I wanted to bring my kids to see a botanical garden nearby, Landis Arboretum came up during my search. We went this week, so I think it’s a bit early still for all the real blooms. But it was still a beautiful place to visit and explore. A little muddy still but the open area, pavilion, and sculptures were fun to look at. We will be back when the weather gets a bit warmer! Also, bring snacks! There’s not a whole lot nearby and the town is quite small.”

“This place is wonderful, small, family owned I think, cuz the same people have been there forever. They're not the usual crew, they're personal, and they feel like friends when you go in. I'm there several times a month, these guys helped me with a private gift to my sister in law. Something meaningful. They were involved. My husband needed a business card, and they went above and beyond with the artwork and details. They made my invitations to my house warming, they made my son's going away to the airforce party decorations, my in law's wedding invites, we have been using their services for years. I've nothing poor to say, their prices are phenomenal. Plant Lay-out is easy to navigate but go to the office first before scaling on, scales are not within earshot of office although there is an intercom. Yard staff can sometimes be gruff.
