“My well pump broke down on Monday. I called a plumber to come diagnose it. Found out the pump was shot. They were unable to pull the old pump out. They referred me to several well drilling companies. Most of them were booking atleast 2 weeks out. Finally I called Provost Brothers. Dick answered, took all my info and said he would be there first thing the next day! Dick showed up right on time. It was 10 degrees outside today. He worked a solid 4 hours and the old pump was out. Installed the new pump and we are up and running again. He was awesome, service was awesome and the price was more than fair. Highly recommended.”

“Great atmosphere for young minds to learn, to grow, and to prosper. The building is 3 stories, with an elevator. Side doors are locked, with either keycard access or buzzer access. There are 2 different playgrounds, for their respective age groups. The teachers that I had the privilege to meet were outstanding. They were so helpful, and truly loved and cared for the kids in their class. Thank you for your services. Only downfall, which doesn't warrant a 4star rating, is the application process for the facility. I understand that they cannot look into every detail about an application, but when something throws a red flag, it should be brought up, and addressed. Especially if it consists of lying on an application, in order to receive the services. Fraud is the deception, in order to receive the services. A federally funded program, to serve the people in need. When it was brought to their attention, they said there was nothing they could do about it.”

“This is a clean, well maintained campground that is quiet and peaceful. The views are spectacular and the pond is gorgeous. The owners are friendly and helpful! My trailer hit ball was loose when I arrived and Larry (one of the owners) helped diagnose it as the wrong size shank on my hitch! He had a new proper sized ball in stock and even installed it for me so we would be ready for the next leg of our journey. So helpful and friendly this one act helped save me half a day going to find it myself! Such a great experience, I highly recommend this campground!”

“Grand daughter and I visited last week. She did a painting while I did a plate. She was given printed instructions while I was told to watch a lengthy video on my phone for instructions. Nearly complete with my project, my battery died. I finised using a plate on the wall for guidance. I would have preferred printed instructions without the needless chatter. Both products turned out nicely and we enjoyed the experience.”

“Efficient, knowledgeable, family owned business who take the stress out of something as massive as having a well pump fail. When you don't have water, you're likely to call around to see who can get the problem fixed immediately, and when Pete wasn't available day, I called around, and got another company to come take a look and give an estimate... Nearly 3 times what I ended up paying O'Connor, with the work to begin 2 days later... Setting an earliest appointment for approximately the time O'Connors completed the final diagnosis, repaced a pressure switchs well pump, and several clamps and fittings that were rusted or broken, and got my water back on. Pete and Aiden were friendly and efficient, and I feel completely confident that the work was done right at a reasonable fare. If you have issues with a well pump in the Schoharie area, don't play games... Plumbers and sewer specialists are not well specialists, and the time, money, and stress you'll save by using O'Connor, who arrived on the first visit with 5 types of replacent well pumps is invaluable.”
