Update after six months - when we bought this vehicle Frank states we could come back to him to refinance for a lower payment in five months. We called six months after the see if the deal held. Frank wanted us to put more money down to get the lower payment. That wasn’t the deal presented. We went directly to the bank and was able to refinance with no money down, without extending our payments for a longer term, and a much less payment. Lesson: go directly to the bank for the best refinance offer.”

“I have been going to my dealership getting service on my 2019 Jeep Cherokee. I trusted my dealership so when they told me I needed brakes/rotors at 30,000 miles I did it for a cost of 1300. Low and behold two months ago, they claim I needed back brakes/rotors at 58,000 miles, so there goes another 700.00. I went for a oil change last week and I had a appointment today for front brakes/rotors that they claim I needed. Luckily for me, my Son In Law referred me to Billy. And guess what folks, there is absolutely nothing wrong with my brakes and rotors. Going to Billy put my mind at ease 😌 and he and staff took good care of me. I ended up getting tires which I know I needed. From now on, all work not under warranty I will go to Billy. Screw the dealership, seriously”
