“Beautiful locale. Picturesque harbor, nice park gazebo hosts bands and other entertainment each summer. Playground for kids. Adjacent to beautiful downtown Northport, with a different quality eatery and shops for everyone. No chain restaurants here. Quaint park, quaint village. A must visit.”

“Nice, short walk across bridge, also small area around cool 22' tall sculpture of a blue heron. Spill way under bridge, looks like good fishing for bass, crappie and a few others off bridge during high tide. Nice view. Parking on either side of the bridge. Didn't investigate the other side. Want a leisuely 1/2 hr stroll after dinner it's nice. And free.”

“Has a tennis court, basketball court, wall to play wall ball, and a baseball field. Also a space to set up a volleyball net. Their playground is a nice size with monkey bars, swings, a tire swing, and slides. It has a nice size parking lot but I don't like the fact there is no parking lines to really space out cars. It can be tricky when there's a big crowd there. Also no bathrooms!! This is why I couldn't give 5 stars.”

“This is a really pretty park. We need to preserve our green space on Long Island. I love flying my RC planes here. There is a small trail that is fairly well maintained, and also a hill that is great for sledding. Dog walking is fine as long as there on leash and you pickup after them. For parking, most people park on the street. It is large and open enough that you can play a sport or fly a kite or plane fairly unobstructed, but there is still a few trees for shade. The main entrances are on Frazer drive and The end of Dawson drive.”

“Nice small park that so far in my experience isn't usually very crowded, which is nice when u have more than one child to watch. Parking lot and playground right next to each other so there is no long trek back and forth to the car. There are also areas to play tennis, basketball, baseball, etc. For me it's a nice little park that's close to home.”
