I called with a leaky pipe and got voice mail, he called me back a short while later and came right over. brought in his tools and got to work. it was a tough job the way the pipe had to be cut out of the wall. he did the whole job in about an hour and then gave me the price. When i called him it was very easy to set up time and date to fit my schedule. The guy came in on time replaced the 65 gal. gas water heater, did a really neat job(left no mess at all).
