I enjoyed every bit of my time there, though it took a couple of days to drop into the flow of the Ashram. The staff and teachers are all welcoming and knowledgeable. I met wonderful people amongst the various guests. The food was delicious and more than enough--yes, even though there were only 2 meals. I honestly feel that I've found practices that will sustain and nourish me for the rest of my life. “Lots of deer around. I've walked the trails here about 5 times. Many different paths to take from several different starting points. Nice variety of easy trails, sometimes very secluded and quiet. None of the trails are very strenuous at all. Nice, easy, enjoyable hike. Trails can take 30 mins to an hour or so depending on which paths you take. Some areas of the trails can become quite muddy after rain. You will need to go several times to learn where the different paths take you, but all of them eventually loop around back to the main entrance /parking area or the open field area. Highly recommend.”
