“Pros: making my initial appointment and moving it when it became necessary went smoothly. When the technician arrived, he was respectful of my home and what we needed done. He also took the time to explain how far apart appointments would need to be and the process he was using. Con: communication from the office could improve. I originally had an 8am-12pm window; at 11:30 I called to ask for an ETA and was told my appointment was moved to an afternoon window and no one had called me, which was frustrating because I had already been waiting all morning.”

“Jim and Kurt have you covered at WaterHorse Adventures - they're great people! My father-in-law rented gear and I rented tanks. Jim was more than fair with his rental pricing/timing because he knew we were staying an hour north, and even let us pickup gear and tanks remotely when I met up with Kurt for altitude diving. Kurt is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient, with safety being his first priority. I'm glad I got to dive with him and look forward to it again next year!”
