There were no nickel and dime add-ons to his negotiated fee. And when a problem arose with an association-responsible leak in wall-encased plumbing, Mark took the initiative to get the wall opened, leak repaired and wall repaired in time for closing. You see some skin, not crispy, but soft and firm at the same time... Near crisp. You order and then sit, if you walk in. No table service... Not a bad thing. Definitely worth checking out.
