His skill and knowledge are obvious and while he operates at a New York (quick) pace, he is very attentive to questions and thorough with his answers. The office staff are wonderfully friendly, the facility is always very clean, and the location is excellent. I would absolutely recommend anyone I know who needs hand surgery or an orthopedic specialist in Dr. Douglass’s field to come here. And, he saved my fingers!”

We had a lot of work to do with veneers and he did deliver on that perfect magazine cover smile. Life changing! Aside from this big transformation, the entire family sees him for routine visits and nobody is dragging their feet to go to the dentist. “I have been a patient of Dr. Jacobson for the past 8 months. He and his staff are cordial, attentive and willing to explain any procedure necessary. What I like most about Dr. Jacobson is he is conservative in treatment. He didn't immediately advise surgery; we proceeded over the past several months to observe the progression of my condition. Upon having to move to surgery, it was an amazing experience. Fairly routine in nature, It was certainly worth the wait and everything Dr. Jacobson said it would be. Recovery was practically painless. I would recommend any of my friends and family to call on Dr. Jacobson if any had a need for an orthopedic surgeon.”

“I happen to really like Dr. Levine. I have been using her for quite a number of years and although she could be a bit abrupt she really is a good doctor and she actually calls you to remind you when tests need to be done, test results and things of that nature. What I don't like about the practice is that it is very hard to get an appointment with her. I don't like seeing different doctors. That was the problem with that practice overall.”
