I’ve found Dr Rosner to be incredibly knowledgeable and incredibly easy with which to work. I’ve had 2 other neurosurgeons in my life and i find that I have the most faith in him. His bedside manner is among the best I’ve had. He’s a very pleasant man with a genuine sense of humor. I’ve needed 2 surgeries with him. I trust him, his opinions and abilities. He needed to refer me to another surgeon for an additional surgery, but will be there to assist. His concern and dedication not to “hand me off” was incredibly important to me...like having a family member in the OR with me. I feel very lucky that I found him and recommend him without an ounce of reservation.”

“My eye lid was swollen, red and hurting. I called the office from work, and the staff was very professional and accomaditing. They were able to see me the same day, within an hour ! When I got to the office the staff was very nice and I was checked in quickly. I was seen by Dr. Farris. Who quickly diagnosed me, perscribed the proper eye drops, and I was on my way back to work in less than one hour. Not bad for a new patient who had never been in the office before. I would recomend Hudson Valley Eye Assoc. Excellent experience for me.”

“Dr. H was reassuring and treated me like an educated person. She is awesome - listens, validates, explains. Now the office staff, on the other hand, are negligent (or they are severely, severely understaffed). They are never available to take appointments, never pick up the phone or call back when the answering service leaves a message for me. They mess up appointment times in patient portal (a noon appointment was entered as 11:00 am). I know it’s difficult to get good office support staff, but it really does tarnish what was otherwise the best medical care I have had in a long time.”

“I called for an appointment at 12.20 on a Friday with pretty bad back pain. Claudine (Dina) said she can see me at 12.45. I went over there expecting that they were not busy. However, she was busy; but, she got me in anyway. Claudine asked questions and really listened to my responses. She knows what she's doing, she's very professional, personable, well organized, and truly, just a pleasure to deal with. Her establishment is very clean and well run. I will be going back and would NOT hesitate to recommend her to anyone.”
