I didn't realize in this day and age of Amazon and WalMart, where anything can be returned for any reason that it would be required but it was. And I admit I lost my cool and composure. The parts manager, Jose Ortiz, continued to treat me with respect no matter how frustrated and angry I got, remaining cool and persistent. Ultimately I realized it really was all my fault and apologized. Once I found the invoice Jose quickly took care of it. Thanks, Jose, for treating me so courteously in a moment I didn't deserve it. I got my daughter a sweatshirt, lounge pants, t-shirt, for under 90$.but, the o ly down side was the customer service so you go to the window to get books and pick up orders you have to wait till they notice you than they were short and rude with her and she felt nervous to go to the bookstore window. She's shy and avoids unpleasant situations at all cost. Remember guys some of these kids are first timers to your college show some support and compassion.”

I did have one experience when the car service took a bit longer than expected but Izzy took care of it for me. Overall, I would recommend to come here if you have a Mazda.
