“Love this place. Love the whole REI concept and have for 25-30 years since I discovered them in CA. In case you don't know, it's like a cooperative. And they pay member dividends at the end of the year. This particular store is first-rate. Super clean. Super organized. Staffed well enough. Rarely will you find items or sizes to be out of stock. They don't sell skis, which I kind of understand. But you can get cross country skis and gear. Sadly it's in the ridge hill mall. So you get to pay to park - $4. And you deal with unreliable equipment and irritating cyber voices. I really loathe ridge hill. The only reason I ever go is because of REI and the theater upstairs.”

“Staff is friendly and helpful. Has good stock of spring goods and clothing. Parking is available in the garage next to it for a price. It is missing any guns and/or ammunition available in stores in other municipalities. They do have allot of bicycles and gym equipment.”
