“Dr. Jack Stern preformed two major spinal surgeries on me this year. Dr. Stern is extremely talented, professional, compassionate, and personable. When I had my first consultation at Brain and Spine Surgeons of NY I was worried and anxious. Dr. Jack Stern met me at the doorway of his office, warmly greeted me, shook my hand , seated me and made me feel right at home in is office. Dr. Stern was able to calm me right down by telling me that I would be just fine. Dr. Stern told me about his medical background and experience. Dr. Stern explained in detail what his specialty was and how he planned on correcting my problems . Dr. Stern then focused on my spinal MRI and pointed out exactly where my injuries were and how he planned on fixing them. I left his office feeling confident and reassured . Dr. Stern answered all my questions. On the day of both surgeries I was met and reassured by Dr. Stern. He made sure I was comfortable and ready for surgery. To date I'm recovering nicely from both procedures. Every follow up visit I've receive the same amazing treatment from Dr. Stern and his staff!! Thank you Dr. Jack Stern for giving me my life back!!! “Going to the dentist for me (before going here) has always been the most frightening thing. I have a phobia, and my teeth have suffered for it. When I moved to Westchester, I needed a new dentist, and I found Dr. George! I am so glad I did. I am terrified of needles, and of pain, but Dr. George makes me feel comfortable in the chair. He's a lovely man, and does a wonderful job of taking care of my teeth. I won't go anywhere else! Everyone in this office is really great. My favorite (besides Dr. George) is my dental hygienist, Nikki. She's so sweet and funny and makes me laugh as she's probing my teeth and cleaning them up. I highly recommend this professional, yet friendly dental office for all your dental needs.”

“Working out with Jacob has transformed my body. I used to have a pretty average body, but in the past 6+ months together I'm starting to develop actual muscle definition, I've gained so much more stamina, my mood and energy levels have dramatically improved, and my confidence has skyrocketed. Jacob has a very personalized approach and designs your workouts around your specific fitness goals. I dream of having that Captain America punch that could knock out Hitler, so he put together a boxing workout that started with basic form and now has me pulling off sick 6 punch combos. Jacob pays attention to how you're doing on a moment by moment basis, and is fantastic about pushing you just as hard as you can safely go but pulling back when you're hitting your max. I used to think I'd hate having some personal trainer barking orders at me, but Jacob is so friendly and supportive to work with that I find our sessions to be very collaborative. I definitely know I don't get these kind of workouts on my own. Lastly, as a comic nerd, I also love the decor in his gym.
