We live out of state and Mark took it upon himself to coordinate cleaning and staging for sale. He conducted open house showings with refreshments furnished by him. There were no nickel and dime add-ons to his negotiated fee. And when a problem arose with an association-responsible leak in wall-encased plumbing, Mark took the initiative to get the wall opened, leak repaired and wall repaired in time for closing.
