“NOVEMBER: I am guest dosing and so far it has been ok. The cop or whatever she is there, is a little on the rude side. But so far they have accommodated me pretty well. UPDATE:: I have been here now a little over 5 months as a client and this is hands down the most caring clinic I have been to. The nurses know you by name, ask you how you are, how your family is and so on. I had a family emergency and every day they were checking on me and Showed concern for me and the situation. My counselor is AMAZING as well. This medication has saved my life.”

“The care is great Dr Margono Dr Baker Dr Vargese & Dr Kittle are really informative friendly & detailed when explaining things. The one & only thing I hate is when you call you have to leave a Voicemail & there have been plenty of times when I leave a voicemail on a Monday and Tuesday morning & don’t receive a call back until a Wednesday or if you leave a message 10am Monday they don’t return your call until Monday 3:15pm. I think that’s ridiculous but the care is great.”

“I am quite satisfied with services provided at DeGraff Medical Park. Have used the ER twice myself, and once for my octogenarian relative. Respect throughout. Have also made sure to get my x-rays, ultrasound and blood work done at DeGraff Medical Park--close to home. Utilizing this facility helps keep it in the community, for us to have these services available nearby, versus traveling to other municipalities when in medical need. It is a comfort to me that DeGraff Medical Park is available in all four seasons, in an area with active residents. In a motor vehicle accident, I would rather be served within the City than be forced to travel because no emergency services are available right here.”

“I have used this location numerous times to take my NYS DOT medical exam and employment drug tests. The staff is always nice from the receptionist to the nurse to the physician on duty. Today I met Dr Baranowski and he gave me a thorough exam and was nice enough to answer a few questions that I had that were unrelated to my physical exam ,and he even looked up a few things online for me. The waiting area and examination rooms are also very clean. I would recommend this medical office.”

“I have been on PD dialysis for 3yrs, here at Davita the staff has been exceptional. They helped me understand and cope with what was happening to me. I started with nurse Aida who was the best thing this center had to offer, she no longer works there, now I have the next best nurse Dabora. The clinic is always neat and clean, and never over overcrowded. I did have one incident here a year ago. I accidentally cause a tear in my catheter. And needed it changed, I called the on call nurse as instructed, by her, she told to clamp the tear and report to my dialysis center the following day, Aida wasn’t on duty, the head nurse Vicky was supposed to handle my problem. She couldn’t I had to take a cab to my Surgeon who, was upset that they sent me to him and wasted his time with something he called “a easy fix”. I felt embarrassed and humiliated. I stressed it to Davita and was told. That the HEAD nurse didn’t fell comfortable changing it. I told them then you need to train them until they feel comfortable enough to do their job. And I requested a refund for my Ubers, they said they would and never did and never address it again. At that point I did not take any further action, I left it alone, I didn’t want to get my blood pressure up anymore. If it happens again, I told them I will just leave and find another facility. That has enough trained staff to help me when an emergency happens.”
