Breakfast was hot and delicious but there wasn't much variety as other Holiday Inn Express. The hallways were freezing cold, so be prepared getting out the pool. Troy was extremely helpful and sweet. “The most mundane and oftentimes skipped exercises and stretches for me, like planks, come alive under Joe and Brandon’s tutelage. Not only do they teach the proper form, but you learn all of the reasons why the exercise is right for you and the benefits you will reap from your hard work due to the enormous breadth of knowledge possessed by the trainers at TrainSMART.
