“Had a plumbing issue pop up at a horrible time. Called a few places and couldn’t get anybody. Called rooter man at 1pm and they had a tech, Bill, out by 4pm. Bill was awesome and a joy to learn from. Understood my plumbing better in 3 minutes than I knew in 3 years. Was upfront about cost including best and worst case scenario. “Larry had replaced a Moen shower cartridge that was 28 years old. Removing the old cartridge sometimes can be tough, but with Larry's expertise and knowledge, he managed to pull the old cartridge out with a custom puller and replaced it with the new one. The work place was left clean with no evidence of repair. It was very apparent that he is a courteous, competent, professional man of his trade that I would not hesitate to refer to anybody or hire again.”

“Mazzacone Plumbing did a small bathroom renovation for me a few years ago and i was very happy with the work, so I recently hired them again to replace a kitchen faucet, rebuild a toilet and repair two bathroom faucets. Rob is very easy to work with, makes good recommendations on repair vs replace decisions and prices the work fairly. His workers were punctual, efficient and did a great job with everything. “Called for service as I suspected a propane gas leak in my basement.. John, one of the partners, came down within an hour or so with his crew and quickly diagnosed the problem that was not in the house but a leak in the outdoor ground pipes. They assured me they would correct and complete the project and I would be safe even if they had to stay all night. They stayed until they could assure me I was ok and would come back the next morning to make sure everything was perfect. The next day a new crew came and was totally aware of what transpired the night before and what they had to do to complete the job. The best way to judge a company is when you have an emergency and really need them. I have the highest regard for the competency of this company and especially the two crews that came to our rescue. Each and everyone did there job and all were congenial and polite. I have not received my bill yet and hoping I will not faint or go into heart failure as I felt when I discovered this problem,. They had to break some underground sprinklers but hopefully they will repair them for us in the spring. I recommend this company for a small job or something very serious such as what I had. I will surely use them again unless I've fainted! Good luck.”

“I've used him twice. Excellent and professional work quality. I called Sunday and he was here early Monday. Will use him every time. So far installed pressure sump pump and water heater. He just repaired a gas leak. Most plumbers don't know how to handle this problem. But he knew exactly what to do and waited till national fuel came to ensure everything was fine. Another plumber tried to get me to replace all the plumbing for thousands.”

“Called them at 8:30am on a Saturday to replace a leaking pipe. They showed up within the hour and immediately got to work. Identified that the leaking pipe was part of the heating system and they helped me isolate it from the rest of the house water so that I could turn the main water back on. Pipe was replaced and they bled the radiator system within an hour. Don't yet know what the cost will be but I'll update the review once I get the bill. EDIT: Total was $266 with $240 in labor and $6 in materials. Note that they don't accept credit cards, only checks.”

“They were the only ones who came to my emergency plumbing rescue on a holiday weekend. The technician Juan was very nice and easy to deal with. Repaired the leak with a new piece of pipe and even cleaned up afterwards. It was worth the emergency charge but at the same time I wish I had been a little bit cheaper. We all know emergencies are costly.”
