“Cala’s is my favorite diner! I bring my little ones every few weeks and the waitresses are all so wonderful! They’re so welcoming- as soon as we walk through the door we are greeted with smiles. The waitresses talk to my kids and are very attentive to us as I am usually bringing them in solo- if we drop a fork they are always quick to bring another and they bring plenty of napkins. I appreciate all that they do! The food is always amazing, portions are fair, and the restaurant is clean. Cala’s is quite literally the only diner I go to these days because of the great experiences I have had, every single time. 🤍”

“Stopped by to eat at El Golazo due to the reviews and curiosity. Let's just say it was a pleasant surprise. The food was very good and the food portions were just right. The staff are very attentive, and the restaurant is well maintained. The restaurant has a soccer/futbol motif going for it, which is why there are big screen tvs for those fans. They also have their own parking, which was a plus. The place does provide soda, chicha, or juices, but my only nitpick was that it lacked Peruvain cocktails to go with the food.”

“Went here one night as I went to the 24 hour autozone. Pizza was great. Buffalo chicken slice was loaded with chicken. Pepperoni slice as well. Unfortunately I was so hungry I never took pictures. I guess next time as I will definitely be going back next time I'm out there. Got to meet Sal (owner) as well. Nice guy. Update 12/6/22 didn't forget the pictures this time. Had lasagna slice and chicken marsala slice which were both outstanding. Fresh zeppole's were soft doughy heaven. Not many place make these like this anymore. As always Sal had us leaving extremely satisfied. Look forward to going back.”

I walked in late, and they were getting ready to put everything away, But they didn't treat me like the guy who walks in late and means that they can't clean up yet--in fact, just the opposite. The host was so kind that it felt almost like she had been waiting for me to arrive, she made sure to tell me that if I wanted more of any dish at the buffet, they would happily cook more up for me. She checked in two or three more times to see if I needed anything. The food was delicious, The eating area was quite clean, and well-run. All the staff there were very polite, and their smiles seemed genuine and personal. The men's room could stand to be a little bit cleaner, but like I say I did arrive at the end of the day; My guess is that they had been a little bit more focused on preparing for close, so maybe they hadn't cleaned it in a little minute.”

“A local pizza spot with plenty of seating and an authentic long island Italian pizza experience. The food was good and came out relatively quickly, the service was professional and prompt, and you can't complain about a great negroni! Fairly low key, but the food was fresh and executed well. They have some interesting items like the Long Island specialty of fried pasta cake, which is actually delicious and not like you'd expect. The pastas are good and the shrimp and octopus were delicious. We sat on the back patio which was a little more casual, it's fully enclosed and warm. In the restaurant is a great atmosphere with the pizza oven burning oven in the background. Parking can be a little tight so make sure to get there a couple minutes early.”

“I have eaten here twice now and this is by far my favorite Jamaican restaurant already. As you walk in, you can see the authenticity. The food is so good. My first time eating here, I tried the jerk chicken rice and stew chicken. Excellent. This week, I had the Rasta pasta and shrimp. Seasoned to perfection. I had a small order and I wanted to go back for another. I don’t know how they get these things but they have my favorite banana chips there (chippies), magnum, and a few other things that I rarely see up here. The woman who serves the food is also friendly. Not like some Jamaican restaurants where the servers have attitudes. This is my new after work spot every Sunday.”
