Arrowhead Apartments

Management is awesome. Wendy made the move-in process seamless. Highly recommend for a affordable, relaxed environment. Only things that are not as convenient is they do not come with washer and dryers and no sink disposal. Overall, no complaints! Love my view of the pond!

So far this has been the best apartment living experience I’ve had. Jennifer and her team are so great a communicating with residents. They make sure people follow the rules and expectations in the lease and make sure that everyone is considerate of their neighbors. This has made living here so pleasant and easy! It feels like a resort and not like an apartment. Neighbors are great and the amenities are exactly what I was looking for.

Our parents moved to Mebane to be closer to us, and moved into The Flats. They absolutely love it! As they were downsizing, we were a bit concerned that they would feel cramped, but their apartment is spacious and my mom keeps remarking that she doesn't even notice the difference. They're enjoying the amenities, too - the exercise area, the free coffee, the fishing, the picnic areas. They especially watching enjoy the sunset over the lake.

It's been a great community for them, which makes us happy as well.
