“John at the Midland location was extremely helpful to us during the entire time we had our storage unit. Unfortunately this location didn’t have any available units at the time that we were needing one so he gave us a discounted rate for one of their other locations. Even though we were not at the midland location he still gave us his mobile number to call or text him at anytime if we needed anything. His customer service was wonderful! He is a very down to earth person who completely understands how life doesn’t always fit into 30 day notices and that is okay! I recommend him and the Midland Mr Storage location to anyone looking at renting a store unit!!”
