“Best AutoZone around! Elaine was my CSR and she was amazing! I had to change a radiator hose and couldn't have done it without her help! I'm grateful she was the person who I got. If you need anything, go to this one on 601. They will help you any way they can! They have a loyal customer now bc of her! 11/18-Ran by to get a headlight. A employee named Jessica "helped" me. Apparently I had too many questions for her. I asked about other lights. She didn't answer, just said that was all they had. I wanted to walk back over to where she got it from but she just kept saying cash or card. No helping, just "cash or card". Then when I didn't hear how much she said and repeated a wrong number, her and the other employee threw each other the "look". If you've ever worked in customer service you know the one I'm talking about. She is a very bad representation of the business. I wish I had gotten the woman (Elaine) from last time. Now I don't want to go back. I may have too many questions...”
