“The front desk service was excellent across the board. Phillip went above and beyond the call of duty in his service. He was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and always had a smile. I cannot say the same for the dining room staff, or housekeeping. Dining room staff was very unfriendly. I will say that we were there during the Christmas holiday. There may have been a problem for them working these days. We stayed for a week and only 3 of the days the was the room acceptable. Dirty dishes left, did not replace cups, etc. Very disappointed. Front desk and Phillip specifically, was the bright light of this venue.”

“Great hotel about a mile away from Concord Mills and right beside the Concord Convention Center. For anyone that's hasn't stayed in a Residence Inn before, it does have a full kitchen inside as well as a full living area. This Residence Inn has a nice fire pit area right outside where they serve breakfast in the morning. Provides a nice way to start the morning. Only complaint would be the TV service is very basic. There's no guide menu to the TV and I didn't even find a channel list in the room. A little inconvenient but made it work. Otherwise, no other issues. I would definitely go back.”

“Uptown Suites is for the most part a nice place. It's decor is very nice. The housekeepers are very friendly and accommodating. Taylor on the front desk is wonderful. She's always smiling and very guest oriented. She goes out of her way to help her guest. Another front desk person named Sam was great as well. It would've been better if there was a space in the lobby to sit, relax, have a snack, or coffee. it would be nice to have had more than vending machines to get something to eat but thankfully the location was great. It's a good place and I would recommend it despite what it's lacking.”

“Highly recommend this hotel, staff were very warm and courteous, breakfast could use bacon, but that is so picky. Great location near (4 minutes! Across the street even!)to concord mills mall. Indoor Pool looked nice but did not get in, depth was 3 ft to 4 ft but not wide across. Breakfast ladies were AWESOME! Will be back”

“Very nice hotel, located very conveniently in Concord. Very close to a variety of restaurants, Concord Mills Mall, and a short drive to Charlotte Motor Speedway. Our room was very nice and well kept. It was clean and up to date as far as decor, fixtures, and TVs. The complementary breakfast was very good with eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, as well as waffles, cereal, and breakfast pastries. All the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly. Parking was easy and close to entrances. We will definitely return.”

“Hotel is in a good spot, with restaurants and shopping nearby. The managers reception, which is Tuesday-Thursday is great! The manager brings in food and beer at 5ish pm. Really enjoyed being able to have a snack and chat with other guests. Staff was great. However, I could hear the person in the next room over with their loud music and talking. The property is being renovated, which should be nice when done, but a bit loud and disruptive now. Also, the shower curtain rod in my room wasn’t straight, so the curtain slipped about a foot on either side. Result was a fair bit of water on the floor and the door.”

“Had a great time. Check in process was smooth and relatively fast. Rooms were clean. Food pricing is a little high for what it is, typical theme park prices. Have neat activities for the kids during the day/evening. Would love to see more Gluten free options added to menu.”
