“This dollar general SAVED me. I had been traveling back from a ministry event and my car broke down in their parking lot. I live over an hour away from here and my phone was gunna die before I could even call for help. I came walking into the building with tears running down my face, my phone dead. One of the wonderful ladies who worked here came right to me, let me use her charger, and I had no money so she bought me a drink. She let me walk around the store to calm down and call my dad while it poured down rain outside. I would have been lost without her in a place I’ve never been before. “Great service, also very quick and professional, they'll try their best too work with you on what you need. I first visited a repair shop in Valley Hills mall and was told I'd be paying 300$ and take 2-3 days for my phone screen repair. I visited here and they said it'd be 240$ and around a week but said for an additional fee they could have it done 1-2 full days and I wound up paying a 283$ total. It was done the next day and for cheaper, will visit again if I ever need phone repairs as long as I'm in the area.”

“We went to the store at last minute as they were closing, needing two houses for our dogs because the cold got worse and we wanted to have a better solution. They allowed us to enter and make the purchase and helped us during the process. Both houses didn’t fit in my Jeep, so I had to take one first and return to pick up the other one. The employees stayed there with my brother until I went back for the second house. It was an adventure and I appreciate that they made it possible for us. As soon as I saw on their website that the price was much cheaper than other local stores, we decided to go. Go to this store and you will see that you will save more money, you will receive a better customer service. We have chosen to come to this store on several occasions, and we have bought things much cheaper than the competitors.”
