The Travelling Cafe

I have worked with Leslie at The Travelling Cafe twice and have loved it each time. First, she came to our home to do a cooking class that was fun, educational, and delicious. She did a great job teaching and involving all 4 of us and even cleaned up everything at the end. After that, she catered a party we hosted. She worked on adapting the menu to fit our budget and the food was a big hit at our party. It was great having leftovers too! I highly recommend Leslie, she is all around great to work with!

I love working with Leslie from The Travelling Cafe! We've booked her team for two different events, and each time they've gone above and beyond. At one of our events, one of our attendees was allergic to garlic and onions, and The Travelling Cafe easily accommodated these dietary restrictions for a 5-course Spanish tapas meal. They are so organized, and the food is delicious!

Thank you so much for the experience. Our small group asked to do a 4 course, vegan, garden to table meal, and Chef Leslie and Chef Bruce did an amazing job! The class was fun and educational. The food was delicious! Bonus: The recipes were accessible enough for me to do on my own in the future. Thank you again!

Just had to let you know how much we enjoyed the French Retro event last night at the Traveling Cafe! What a fun and enlightening evening,  not to mention really good food! Chef Bruce does an amazing job of juggling so many different dishes. I always enjoy his "ADD INS"!  Needless to say we were all stuffed when we left. What a great time and value for the money! "INFOODTAINMENT" AT ITS BEST!

Let me start by saying that Leslie and her team are AMAZING! Also, I need to beg forgiveness for not sharing this review right after my wedding a year ago.

My wedding was a small one so we decided to center it around a coursed meal, prepared at my folks’ home by a personal chef. We chose The Travelling Cafe based on a variety of factors including flavors and menu options, price within our budget, flexibility, and the fact that they were available for our date (we planned a little bit last-minute), and I am so glad we picked them! Leslie and her team went above and beyond to work with us on a coursed meal (5 courses, not including appetizers), signature cocktail, a variety of appetizers, AND a wedding cake! It was all delicious and beautiful, and they served us and our guests (11 total including us) in a professional, courteous, and knowledgable manner. I would not hesitate to work with Leslie and the Travelling Cafe for another event. If I lived in the area, I would also absolutely go to one of the cooking classes they offer!

My husband and I just thawed out the top of our wedding cake (lemon/lavender chiffon) this week for our first anniversary, and somehow, even a year later, the flavors were still vibrant and delicious.
