Not pushy at all. John did our demo for us. John is a great guy and did an awesome job explaining everything the camper had on it and how to operate all the features etc.. Casey and John both ended up moving up our propane tank holder so they could attach my sway bars where they needed to be on the tongue of the trailer. Casey was also very helpful.
