“The Rite Aid customers that were forced to move to Walgreens are the absolute worst and do not mind showing their lack of respect for others. Has it slowed the pharmacy down? Yes, has Walgreens added more staff? Yes. I’ve seen some of the worst behavior while waiting and 9/10 times they end it with “I wish Rite Aid hadn’t closed” when the issues are with them and not the staff. The staff are always pleasant, professional and move as quickly as possible with rude people staring them down, making rude comments, sighing, etc etc. The only thing I wish they would update is the waiting area and manage the line better since our displeased Rite Aid neighbors seem to believe they don’t need to respect the queue. Yes, please go to CVS and misbehave in their store. If you’re a normal person, this pharmacy is great.”
