“I want to thank Dr. Valentine for his expertise and care of me in a surgery to remove an implant that was placed 1 and a half years back, in perpetration for a full set of teeth. 12 implants one failed, not bad. The implant became infected, and no amount of antibiotics would clear up the infection. The infection was bad, I knew I was in serious trouble. Headaches and severe pain in the side of my head. After Dr. Valintine removed the implant, cleaned out the infection area, put bone graphs in place of the site. Within 2 weeks I totally healed. And within one day no more pain or headaches. I am truly grateful, and very blessed. If anyone out there needs a Periodontist with the mastery of his profession, the hands of an artist, and temperament of a caring Doctor, I recommend him with a 10 plus rating. Dr. Valentine has an assistant her name is Diamond; she is on her game and a upcoming rock star in the profession, very much in tuned to the needs of Dr. Valintine during surgery. I have been going through periodontal disease for over 15 years with many specialists. Thank you so very Much Dr. Valentine, you saved my life. The tech we had today took her time and talked to my 9yr instead of to me which I loved bc he was the pt so he felt included! She took her time and answered every question he asked. “I was in the area house/dog sitting for some friends and needed to get a check-up and exam. I just got new insurance so I searched the area for a location that accepted the plan and had openings. I was able to get an appointment a week out. I had bite-wing X-rays, full panoramic X-ray, and digital pics taken. I was seen by a hygienist, an assistant, and a Dentist. All were professional and personable. The dentist was a temporary one as he was covering for the main dentist who was away. Everything was excellent. From the front desk greeting, appointment setup and follow up, to treatment plan. I did not have actual work done as I will not be in the area, but they gave me a full plan to pass on to the dental provider who will be doing the work.”

When I finally called, the woman answering the phone really made me feel welcome . . . in a super professional way. They were all so professional and yet so warm and kind. I was able to completely relax under the care of the dental hygienist, which is not usual for me. I know! Even a cleaning freaks me out. But not here. I met the dentist briefly and had a great conversation . . . about teeth! I would say it was a GREAT experience! My husband was shocked when I came home from the dentist happy rather than saying, "I absolutely must take a nap now. We can talk later." He made his own appointment the next day.
