“Fred, Donald, and Bruce were our movers on July 9th. I booked the move calling the Charlotte office, but they drove all the way from Durham to Ballentyne in Charlotte to move us to Belmont. We were at least their second assignment of the day, but they arrived with enthusiasm on a scorching hot July Friday to move us out of our 3rd floor apartment and garage. I was amazed at how quickly they wrapped our furniture, dismantled our dining table and dismounted our TVs from the wall. They also wrapped our king size mattress and box springs with the covers I purchased with ease. I myself was exhausted doing my part, but these men never lost steam. If they complained, I never heard it. They worked thru lunch even though I know they were starving. They were honest with their time at the end (they didn't know I started a stopwatch to verify any price I was given) All our things made it down the interstate safe and sound, nothing is missing or broken, and they didn't even expect a tip WHICH THEY DESERVED!!!! Let me tell you, ask for these three men. Tell them V. Hofler sent you.”

“Extremely knowledgeable about storage facilities and completely competent about the hours of operation, how to enter the facility, how to exit the facility, the difference between the gate entrance number and the lock on the facility, knowing where and how to find my numbered unit , and most important of all… helping me navigate the screen inside the building to get me immediately registered , signed In And paid. I went to several other facilities that day and did not want to have my personal and business property with knuckle heads and or idiots. Probably should not refer to your completion that way but you need to know that the lady that helped me was the best and never left me until it was done. My impression of your organization is an AAA +++ because of her. Seriously, it’s rare that many Americans use there brains at work today. Especially those answering a phone. Really appreciate the services you are providing and the professionalism of the lady who took my call.”

“I have rented here a few times in the past. I love that they have now updated the place. This place has new lighting that is really bright at night that makes me feel better putting my stuff here because it is on the outside of town which I also like. They added automated gate which I like, and it isn't 24-hour access, but I am never here early or late no big deal to me. Great place and the service is really good the lady that runs it is awesome.”

I work with them a lot and I watch them work, how they do their best to take care of everybody needs anybody who comes in they do everything they can to help them, it really inspires me how they treat people. They are always respectful, professional, generous, on time, always has good prices and are very kind to everyone who who walks through the door or even calls. If you ever have any problems that we have the service to do call CPR they will always pick up the phone and be ready to help anytime. To my disappointment, they had no units available. But the customer service was beyond amazing. Linda is a GEM.
