“They are very Friendly The Service Director comes out and greats and welcome everyone. Once my vechile was ready thr service Director Mike came and went over what his mechanic did. Ask did the service Writer explain things that may be needed in the future. The Service Writer Felipe gave me his card and Mike. He introduced the Mechanic Dimitrious to me before and after the work was complete. They took me to my office and came and brought my vechile to me. I loved the sign that is displayed if using a credit card or writing a check they must see their I.D. that to mean they take Sercurity and Privacy seriously. It was the best service I have received on my vehicles. I would definitively refer anyone to Mike and his team at CBS MITSUBISHI SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I did not have an appointment and they work me in.”
