“I ordered on Saturday. Flow processed the order and shipped it Monday. I received it midweek. Although I would like to have the part sooner, I am happy I received it in the time. And the price was fair: less than list price. I asked First Team of Roanoke, Virginia for a quote, who priced the part at 10 percent above list price. I find First Team’s quote very disappointing because we bought our car new there.”

The individual who answered my many questions and took my order was very kind, knowledgeable, and patient. After placing my order, I received a "thank you for ordering" email and follow up emails informing me how things would work. I even received a coupon for my next order. On the day of delivery, the recipient of my order received a call confirming the destination and an approximate time of delivery. The person delivering the order was very kind made the experience complete. Edible Arrangements customer service has been the best I have seen, and I intend on ordering again. By the way, the arrangement was delicious and beautiful!”

I gave him a description of what I was looking for and he gave me honest and affordable responses and I did not feel “pitched” to. I have been test driving and looking for a luxury car for over 6 months now and this has honestly been the best experience I have had because of Taylor. Coming in I was favoring other vehicles over this brand and due to the transparent, honest, and quick in detail responses I had received here, Audi has definitely moved up in my top three car brands that I am looking at. “Started out badly; I came early for my appointment and felt ignored for a while. But once they had a previous customer cleared away and my time had come, I was treated to cheerful and knowledgeable attention, and to helpful explanations (when I asked) on how the process would work going forward. Also took less than the promised half hour. I'm not saying I look forward to my next fender-bender so I can go back, but if I had to deal with the problems, at least they made this part of it pleasant.”
