“They have a sink but you cannot use it for any clothing items as per the worker there even though there are no signs saying otherwise and is not on the sign of rules they have posted. I was rinsing small reusable bags/ paper towels not large items. I do like the cleanliness and quickness of the washer/dryer here but will be searching for a place that allows sink usage.”

They were able to get me exactly the model I wanted even though they are hard to find. And they got it for me with a minimal lead time. After I got the instrument, I called and asked if they could adjust the action to make it lower. They made an appointment for me and within a few minutes I was on my way with my newly adjusted instrument. I am very happy with the customer service I received there. Also, I had to change my storage for a bigger one in a rush, also extend my U-Haul rental, my God, the staff here not only helped me over the phone, so by the time we arrived, we already had the larger storage, but everything was done by phone with her calling us back with updates until done.
