They were able to get me exactly the model I wanted even though they are hard to find. And they got it for me with a minimal lead time. After I got the instrument, I called and asked if they could adjust the action to make it lower. They made an appointment for me and within a few minutes I was on my way with my newly adjusted instrument. I am very happy with the customer service I received there.
