He was quick, informative, and very kind.

(April 23, 2019, 5:20 pm)This is my first time ever having a professional service clean my carpetcarpet. The young man Sean showed up and was very nice. He did a great job and my carpet is not only clean but smells so good.
(December 26, 2018, 1:48 pm)The crew who came to my home was very professional and had great customer service skills. I give it a 4 because they had to come back to clean a large spot that only came out after they had cleaned my carpet. It wasn't there before. They came back and treated that spot, but it only partially disappeared. I have an old carpet, but it is almost spotless, and I believe that the chemical that they used reacted with something that was in the canvas of the carpet, and it created that large spot (about 1 foot wide).
