Only problem I had was today when I made an online order and picked my order up I was missing extra meat. I kindly asked for the meat to be added not really caring how they added and the guy looked at me like I was lying when It clearly said extra steak( and there was none) Thanks the manager was there and he made sure I got what I paid for. I just disliked the response considering I eat there fairly regularly and I could’ve been a grinch about but I wasn’t.”

“I’ve come to this place with my son (8) for close to 2yrs and I love it! The ladies that work here are always thorough and make sure we’re both happy with the end result. They have these notes on his profile where they have the specifics of the haircut that he likes to get and they get it right every time. If we happen to make a quick change here and there for one visit, they make sure to note it in too just in case. We always check in through the app, so we don’t have to wait too long. I recommend this place 100% as it is also very affordable for kids’ haircuts.”

“About a month and a half ago I was trying to get a tail light bulb replaced and called the Firestone on Ann, the one I ALWAYS go to for service. Long story short I got the runaround from a very rude guy and had to look elsewhere. I called another Firestone and no go. I finally talked to Daniel at this location. He was so nice and professional and told me to just bring it in. He didn't want me to wait for a bay so he changed the bulb right there in the parking lot in less than 10 minutes, told me to have a nice day and sent me on my way. I appreciated that so much that I just made a service appointment with him and will bring my car here from now on!”

They not only did a thorough job with the correct quality factory parts, but we ended up upgrading our seat to the 'nicer' one after checking out another bike on the showroom floor. NICE!!! The ride back to Austin (although cold in January) was smooth, and a fun family adventure that included a nice stop at Willie Nelson's place and some hot chocolate in Waco for everyone.
