“I frequently wash my vehicle at this location. Bathrooms 5 out of 10 times have needed attention but that can happen anywhere. I like the available car cleaning products sold in their vending maching. (You can utilize your credit/debit card for purchases) Complimentary hot beverages served inside year round are perfect in this cold weather. Several times the attachment has come off the hose or suction has been low on the machines but overall idea is if that happens there are other spaces you can move to.”

“My salesman, James, was awesome. He was not pushy at all! He let me look over the trucks I wanted and let me test drive them while telling me about the features of the trucks and just small talk. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and made me feel very comfortable doing a deal with. I test drove two trucks and was going to test drive a third until I decided to go with the first one I test drove. I told him that I wanted to go with the first one at 7:45pm, and they closed at 8pm. He and his trainer Austin, and the sales manager made it a quick and effortless experience in getting the deal done and made no pressure to sign anything without letting me review it first. My next car purchase will definitely be at Gastonia Dodge.”

“Great place to take your cats. Vets are real nice and knowledgeable. Not too pricy but really don't have a lot of experience in other places. One of our cat's were walking sideways and throwing up. Took it there and got some fluids and a shot for nausea. She was showing major improvement by the time I got her back home. They also did other stuff that helped but can't remember what it was for.”

“We were out looking for a truck all day, and finally found Autoland. We called ahead of time to see if the truck was available. We were greeted by Andrew, who was extremely knowledgeable. He started the financing approval before we arrived. When we got to Autoland out truck was pulled at and ready for our test drive. The truck drove great, and when we got back, Andrew informed us we were approved. In less than 1 hour, we were driving our new truck home . Definitely would recommend Autoland to anyone.”

“This is a great establishment. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is because they are now hiring more staff and they are not all quite as great as what I have experienced at other times. This location is not particularly close to where I live, but I come here because I can usually find what I want and everyone is always nice...especially the cashiers. The parking sucks on a busy day, but that is not really something they can control. So, overall, I think this is a great store that carries a lot of the products that we need at prices that are not ridiculously gouged.”

“I had to get a new transmission due to a fault transmission. My service manager was great. Justin was very helpful. He went to bat for me because it was out of warranty.After a day he called me and told me all I would need to pay was 20 percent. I was elated!!! We went ahead and had other items that needed to be fixed .Justin was very upfront and very pleasant to work with. If you need to have your car serviced..... Call Justin. He is the best!!!!!
