“I have lived in The Village of Ballantyne since May of 2016. I am active duty Army and move a lot every 3 years. My living experience here has been hands down the best compaired to other places I have lived. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I have had a few issues come up and they ha e taken care of it instantly with the best of their abilities. The staff goes above and beyond to help the residents. This is the first apartment I have lived in that allows residents to fly an American Flag from their apartment. Which was an instant first and great impression for me. I always have a green light on my patio and infront..first apartments to allow me to do so. I absolutely love living here and hope I can find another apartment like it when I do depart Gastonia. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The staff knows me by name and I’m sure other residents to and always ready to help whenever I need assistance. Truly a 10/10 rating for these apartments.”

“I just recently moved into these apartments a couple of weeks ago and I have to say I am very impressed with the friendliness of the agents and how fast the maintenance responds to issues. The units are updated, quiet/safe neighborhood, and convenient to I-85, gas stations and grocery stores. There was construction work done to the roofs and although there is a lot of debris in the breezeways the property manager was walking around picking up nails and the construction workers made sure to clean every little mess they made.”

I didn't find the exact wine I was looking for but he recommended a wonderfully full-bodied cabernet alternatively. I was hooked on the aroma alone with the taste to match! “Great pizza at reasonable prices. Online ordering is easy and efficient. The Hoffman road store was VERY BUSY on a Friday night but the staff remained courteous and efficient. I went there because I had gotten a really bad haircut somewhere else and Sara 'fixed' my cut and I did not have to do anything more than wash & bliw it dry x 3 mos.
