“I was starving today! I needed a healthy option. So thankfully I remembered Jersey mike's, and I decided to visit this particular location for the first time. The young men seemed a little tired when I walked in, but they quickly gave excellent customer service, and created the prettiest Italian subs in a tub that I've had in all my years of going to different Jersey Mike's. It was so beautiful that I ordered a second one. And I could not wait to get home to eat it! Their sanitation grade is a 98 at this time, but I feel good about them making 100% next time around. The dining area was clean. And the associates were wearing masks.”

“We decided to go a bit earlier rather than peak time and discovered they do manage seating flow based on there staffing level. Fair enough but even so we had a heck of a wait, we may have fallen through the cracks? Our server was doing a good job but we did have to question the wait. In this case it was not so much that something went wrong but that the manager made good on it. The food finally arrived and it was very good, the shrimp tacos were sweet and spicy as described and the chimichanga was excellent as well. Also loved the black beans. We will go back again!”

“I don't know why this place is rated so poorly :( my family and I used to come here all the time and I always loved the food. I like the extra crunch they add with the veggies in their general Tao chicken even though others are saying there isn't enough meat (I will admit the portions are on the smaller side in that regard). The sauces are always sweet and savory at the same time, I especially love the sweet and sour fish. I have still been trying to recreate their garlic and broccoli, it is so good!! Perhaps it isn't the most traditional Chinese in the city, but the food is still very tasty and I always enjoy the food!”

“Great food fast service but the only thing I did a four star because the night manager was mean and yelling at one of their sweetest boys because he asked a question then I was there mins before they closed someone in drive thru ordered a large fry and that same manager said "they get the bottom of the barrel fries, I'm scooping all crumbs in the fry catcher into the fryer and they can have those how dare them order a fry 2 mins before close and I'll be damned if I'm opening a new bag!" Needless to say the customers fries were legit 2 inch fries all the way filled in a large fry container. I will never be back on nights! Day shift is where it's at!”

The atmosphere is good except for one big problem it's not in the grace of areas so you actually need to have one of the very busy employees unlock the bathroom door for you. And it's a shame because it's in a great spot I go there to have my kids have a light snack before going to gymnastics.”

“My All time favorite place to eat!! I always order the Caesar Salad with grilled chicken. It's phenomenal. My husband usually gets a steak, picked out by him from the different steaks behind the glass. They're a bit pricey, so we usually only get to go once a year if we happen to be in the area and the line to get in isn't packed. It's worth the wait and the money!”

“In short: I recommend this spot for breakfast. Our experience: Indoor and outdoor seating, friendly staff and good food. The lack of freshly made coffee drinks was maybe the only letdown. But the available cold brew coffees in their cooler helped. In early May '20, we had to wear a mask to order at the counter. Food was then delivered to our outdoor table pretty quickly. We enjoyed breakfast along with a nice view of tall pines from the patio. The sound of a little water feature near our table was very relaxing and the chairs were quite comfortable. I had the breakfast burrito but substituted veggie sausage for the grass fed beef patty. Consistency of the burrito was really good and the patty's flavor added positively to the other fillings. My wife had the same, without the substitution, and enjoyed hers also. The vegan pancakes had a nice consistency with a little crispness on the outside and smooth interior. Syrup served on the side. If we're ever in the area, we'd be happy to eat here again.”

“Without a doubt, their Stromboli is the best we have eaten anywhere! We always order the large because the leftover can be taken home. Tonight, the large fed three in our party, and a quarter of the Stromboli was carried home in a box! My wife says the salad at Portofino is the best as well. We arrived at the restaurant right at closing and offered to take our food to go. The owner said that was nonsense, and we should take our time to enjoy our meal!”

One of the members of my party fainted while at the restaurant and the staff was super helpful and quick to offer anything they could do to assist.”
