“The team at tire plus went above and beyond of just putting tires on my bronco. I got an inspection the other day and had a quote for 5 new tires. The quote was cheaper then anywhere around here so it was a no brainer. I talked to Justin and said I couldn’t get it back till the weekend. He said no problem but if you want it sooner we can pick it up / drop back off if I wanted it done sooner. I mentioned I wanted the old tires too since they only had 5k miles on them so Justin loaded them in his truck and dropped them off the same time as my bronco. If you need new tires or top notch service I recommend seeing Justin at Tire Plus in Oxford!!!”

“It was an awesome experience I'm used to dealing with the dealership in Durham North Carolina and that's pretty much a nightmare go read their reviews. Took my car in for its first free oil change a 2021 Civic Sport. I also had to replace a rim that I damaged. I wanted to fix it before the tire possibly started losing air. The prices are very reasonable and they're very honest and professional people. It was worth driving almost 30 minutes longer in the rain to get five star service. I got the car from them too my second one and I'll definitely be getting a third. I'm just excited that I actually have somewhere now to service my vehicle. I had a ton of stuff in the car but no worries they didn't bother anything. I can't wait to get back!! Thank you!!”

Months after our windshield replacement we experienced a minor issue with a trim piece on our vehicle that was removed during the windshield replacement. “I was unable to get a timely appointment at the Durham Chevy dealer and called Boyd. They also had a wait to schedule but were able to get me an appointmentment in 1 week instead of 3. It's a 30 mile drive so I expected to be there most of the day for a somewhat major repair. Once they verified the problem and got the parts ordered the service advisor came in and said he had me a car so I could go home and come back in the morning. My car was ready for me when I arrived and I was able to leave by 9am. I was very please with the service and won't hesitate to take my car to them again in the future if needed.”
