“We stopped here on our way back home from Clarksville VA to Chapel Hill NC. The food was remarkable. We got two tacos (Al pastor and chorizo), a pork pupusa, and a steak gordita. Literally this was the best taco I have had in my entire life. The pupusa and Gordita were also amazing! Everything was cooked to order and was so fresh. Everyone was nice and great service. Highly recommend you stop here. The price was also beyond reasonable. All this food and two drinks was $17. Tacos are $2.25 each!”

“I've never had service like this from this place, even the food was just screwed over. If folks don't want to work than they shouldn't be hired to do so. I called corporate office thinking I was calling the manager here, either way they said they would take care of it. We'll see Update: After speaking to the main office they offered me 2 free meals to use at any cookout which I thought was very nice . So I decided to try the one in oxford again but this time with night shift, I was happy to see this crew was on the job & very pleased to see that the food was really good. “Hey, you know what it is, it's Chinese food. Egg rolls, General Tso's, pork fried rice, etc. The food has always been just as good as I expected it to be, no problems there. I've been a few times now, and there always seems to be someone disappointed with the wait time. The workers usually say 15-20 minutes, but you should expect it to be more like 25-30 minutes, perhaps more for specific or larger orders. I have a very limited idea of what their kitchen process is like, but there's usually only two people working; one cooks solely, and the other takes and bags orders and occasionally assists the cook. Limited staff like this would lead me to expect some wait. I personally have had no real issues because I don't go here when I'm on a schedule. Perhaps the issue would be resolved with slightly improved communication with customers so that expectations are set appropriately. 🤷🏼♂️”

This, to me, was the best pizza (George's Special) I've ever had in 61 years and I've eaten pizza in Naples Italy. Also, if you like New England clam chowder, you will love George's. “Visited yesterday for lunch on their patio. Our sandwiches were fresh and delicious and reasonably priced. We got the turkey cranberry sandwich and the chicken salad croissant. Even the type of chips they sell are so great! Remember to tip the kind young women taking your order at the front. They come around and refill drinks and delivered our food to our table. It was a really lovely time!”

My family was just passing through and we don’t Normally eat out, but to go into a restaurant at almost 11 at night and it was clean(bathrooms were clean!!) . Every item was available(spicy and regular chicken sandwiches!!). Hot and fresh fries 🍟!! I had to give them their credit! Y’all can definitely feel safe to eat here I am writing this the next day and still feel great! Oh and try the strawberry 🍓 lemonade!! I’m going back just for that!!
