“I’ll be honest, I really wasn’t sure what to expect going to a more traditional gym. I think I expected meat heads and a bunch of super fit people judging me. That’s not at all what I found at Elite Fitness. First, the owner Chris and Drena are wonderful. Chris is super helpful and even took time to help my girlfriend with her bad knee to make sure she is working out smart. He has been such a kind guy and very helpful. Drena is very thoughtful and kind and gives excellent sport massages! If I could give more stars I would. Come feel like you’re at your home gym.”

“Such an amazing gym. Every coach/trainer is so knowledgeable and helpful. They truly focus on your individual health and fitness goals and do everything to help get you there. This is the 3rd box I've been a member of and it is leaps and bounds better than any other gym ive been to. They have new boot camp classes that my wife started and she has so much fun doing them and has seen phenomenal results. Child care provided too for the evening classs. It's just awesome. If you're on the fence about trying CrossFit or thinking of finding a new box, give them a try. I guarantee you, you will not only sign up, but you will see so much progress and results that you will become an advocate.”
