The Animal Hospital At Lake Brandt

Everyone here is so pleasant and helpful, and they have always fit us in for last minute appointments or emergencies. Dr. Brown is so great with our dog and she is great with people as well, as she has a way of explaining things that are way over my head, so that I can understand exactly what is going on. She does all of our routine visits and she did a surgery on our dog that went perfectly.

Love this practice. All of the people are great! My dog likes it here also. They take great care of my dog.

We’re new to Summerfield and, by a recommendation, we took our soon-to-be 10 year-old Westie, Gus, in for his first visit with Dr. Herron. We were pleased with our experience from start to finish, as the staff members were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Katherine was especially sweet to Gus and made him feel at ease - we even saw him giving her some kisses! Dr. Herron had obviously taken the time to review Gus’ medical history which is lengthy, as he has had some uncommon issues through the years. We immediately felt at ease with her and liked her approach for treating Gus’ tummy issues caused by the stress of our recent move. We came away feeling like we have definitely made the right choice for our sweet boy.

We have been very pleased with the devotion, caring and expertise that our pets receive at the Animal Hospital at Lake Brandt. Everyone that works here has been friendly and helpful, including front desk staff. We know our pets are getting top notch care.
