“Great, friendly service. I know it's a hit-or-miss with service these days, but we received excellent service from the two gentlemen working there this Friday afternoon. The gentleman making our sub greeted us kindly, happily took our order, made the sandwich with care and answered our questions without hesitation. I'll have to get their names next time (a habit I need to learn). The place was clean, and our meal tasty and filling. Service was top notch.”

“Recently, I ordered a pizza online for pickup. When I arrived to grab my pizza, I was right about to get my toddler from the car so we could go grab the pizza. A man who was still sitting in his car said that he'd be willing to keep an eye on my son while I ran in quick to grab my pizza. I kindly declined since I didn't know him personally. I brought my son in, we picked up the pizza and went back to the car. I noticed the same man walk into Papa Murphy's and walk behind the counter. So, he was obviously an employee or maybe even the franchise owner. So I'm incredibly grateful for the kindness this man showed. It speaks well to the kind of people that work there. I'll always be a customer to this location.”

“It is a hit or miss with this place. Sometimes they have have everything in stock when you order or sometimes they are outta stock of certain foods. And another thing that really upsets me is how can certain locations like this one not sell grilled chicken, that blows my mind because they have it all over the KFC website. The one thing that was awesome is they have a promotional deal for the chicken bowls filled with pieces of crispy chicken and mash potatoes and gravy and corn and cheese for 3 dollars and it is 1 whole pound worth of food or they have the big bucket for 20 dollars that would feed a decent size family. All and all they have very good food”

“Just tried for the first time! Was a bit concerned that the order was taking a while, but considering the current situation, i know it's not the restaurants fault. However, im in love. I never leave reviews like this, but wow, very generous pieces of boneless wings, very seasoned (which is lovely but how are they affording all that seasoning, like they are not being greedy at all with the spice!?). Ranch was very tasty and the meal was very filling, we even found a lil bonus wing between the paper! Good job guys, glad my room gets to smell like this for a bit!”

The guy that cashed me out at register #7 on 7/18/21 @ 21:18 unit # 004612 was AWESOME, I told him about what the store in Tri City did they canceled my online order 7 minutes before pick up and I called the store some woman answered the phone and said WE’RE CLOSED CLICK. When I told him that and I drove 16 minutes from Ulmerton and US 19 and had a 8 year old son at home waiting for his pizza he kept apologizing and I could tell he really meant it. It definitely made me feel better because he said it without hesitation and then he and his Team made up for it with 2 large “AMAZING PIZZAS” that were Perfect👏🏻👍🏻 I want him to be noticed for his customer service and true consideration for me and my family I really wish I got his name because he truly made a customer of Pizza Hut for years thinking twice about not coming back, He changed my mind because I love Pizza 🍕🍕‼️💯 He definitely should be RECOGNIZED FOR BEING SO POSITIVE, PATIENT AND VERY SUPPORTIVE!
