Since then, we have both gained significant grey and I'm not sure if I caused his grey or he caused mine. To be serious Dr Swayne is an excellent Doctor and an outright good man! “We have a 2010 MacBook Pro that needed a new battery and the old battery was not charging assuming that’s battery was totally dead. Brandon ordered a new battery which was the appropriate one but eventually replaced with a new one. But the new battery wasn’t charging, Brandon troubleshooted with mother board, but nothing worked. My computer was not fixed even with new battery, may be there was some other issues that Brandon was not aware. Brandon was very helpful.”
